The image Image:Price Chopper Logo.jpg is a copyrighted logo of Price Chopper Supermarkets (Golub Corporation). The low resolution copy of this image is used under the premises of Wikipedia's policy on fair use under United States Copyright Law (17 USC 107). The image is used in this context for identification of an organization only, and no free alternative could possibly be created. I've found an image of the early 1970's Price Chopper logo with the axe chopping into the head of Liberty. I'm very bewildered as to how to upload the picture to the article. Image:Price chopper.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use.
