Priya Sachdev is an Indian model from New Delhi, India.

She has acted in television commercials and appeared in the Yash Chopra movie Neal ‘N’ Nikki.
Prior to becoming an actress, she spent three years studying at prestigious University College London (UCL), graduating in 1999 with a BSc in Mathematics (as Priya Shah).

She is married to the American hotelier Vikram Chatwal. Their wedding on 19 February 2006 was said to be one of the most glamorous Indian weddings in modern-day India. Many Indian and foreign dignitaries attended the wedding, including politicians such as ex-president Bill Clinton, and industrialists such as Laxmi Mittal, the 3rd richest man in the world.[citation needed]. In 2006 their first child, a girl, was born.
