The Prix du Muguet is a Group 2 flat horse race in France open to four-year-old and above thoroughbreds. It is run over a distance of 1,600 metres (approximately 1 mile) at Saint-Cloud Racecourse and takes place annually, usually on May 1.

The race was first run in its present form in 1967, although there had been another race of the same name prior to this. This earlier version of the Prix du Muguet had been restricted to three-year-olds and contested over 2,000 metres.

The present race for older horses was given Group 3 status in 1972 and promoted to Group 2 level in 1995. It has been run at Longchamp on six occasions, the first of which, in 1968, was over 2,000 metres. The subsequent runnings at this course were in 1976, 1977, 1982, 1983 and 1985.

Muguet is the French name for the spring flowering plant Lily of the Valley.
