The Prix de Guiche is a Group 3 flat horse race in France open to three-year-old thoroughbred colts. It is run over a distance of 1,800 metres (approximately 1⅛ miles) at Chantilly Racecourse and takes place annually in May.

It was first run in 1865 at Longchamp and was named in memory of a leading figure in French racing, Antoine-Héraclius-Geneviève-Agénor (1789–1855), Duc de Guiche and later Duc de Gramont from 1836.

The 1944 and 1945 runnings took place at Maisons-Laffitte, but otherwise the race continued to be run at Longchamp until 2004. Throughout its history there have been numerous distance modifications, ranging from 1,800 to 2,200 metres. The most recent changes were in 1987, when it was cut from 1,950 to 1,850 metres, and in 2005, when the present distance was introduced as the race transferred to Chantilly.
