The Prix d'Hédouville is a Group 3 flat horse race in France open to four-year-old and above thoroughbreds. It is run over a distance of 2,400 metres (approximately 1½ miles) at Longchamp Racecourse and takes place annually in April or May.

It was first run on May 25, 1890 at Chantilly and was named in memory of Charles d'Hédouville, a leading figure in French racing who died earlier that year. The race was open to horses three-years-old and up, and took place at the same meeting as the Prix de Diane.

With the exception of some wartime cancellations and two runnings at both Longchamp (1919–20) and Tremblay (1943–44), the race continued to be run at its original venue until 1964. Having been contested over 2,000 metres until 1953, the distance was then modified several times before it was set at its present length in 1962.

The Prix d'Hédouville was discontinued from 1965 due to the low number of participants it had attracted during the previous decade. It reappeared at Longchamp in September 1972 as a race for three-year-olds only, but this version was run only twice more, ending at Chantilly in 1974. The race returned in the spring of 1978 at Longchamp, open again to older horses but excluding three-year-olds for the first time in its history. It was promoted to Group 3 status in 1985.
