Haffenreffer Private Stock (commonly referred to as Private Stock, P-Stock, Green Lightning, Heffy's or Haffen-Wrecker) is a brand of malt liquor formerly manufactured by the Falstaff Brewing Company[1]. and currently manufactured by the Miller Brewing Company[2]. It is known for its tagline "The malt liquor with the imported taste".[3] The beverage contains 6.87% alcohol by volume. It is generally sold in forty and thirty-two ounce bottles.[4]

- Wilt Chamberlain promoted Private Stock with the tagline "Nobody does it bigger."[5]
- Famous rapper Notorious B.I.G rapped about Private Stock in his song, Juicy. He says, "Smokin weed and bamboo, sippin' on Private Stock."
- The undersides of Private Stock bottle caps contain word puzzles or Rebus[6]. In some circles it is purported that when one can no longer solve the relatively simple puzzles, one has consumed too much Private Stock.
