Priscilla's Pop was a comic strip drawn by Al Vermeer. It ran from 1946 until 1983, with Edmund R. "Ed" Sullivan drawing the strip after Vermeer's retirement in 1976. The strip featured Priscilla Nutchell, a young girl who was obsessed with the idea of owning a horse. Her father, or "Pop" was Waldo Nutchell; her mother, Hazel. The strip also featured her older brother, Carlyle, her two young friends, Hollyhock and Stuart, and her dog, Oliver.
