Princess Sibilla of Luxembourg (née Sibilla Sandra Weiller Torlonia), was born in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France on 12 June 1968.

Her father was Paul Annik Weiller (1933-1998), the first son of the aviator Paul Louis Weiller of the Gnome et Rhône Family and Miss Europe 1930 Aliki Diplearakos.

Her mother is an Italian princess, Donna Olimpia Torlonia di Civitella-Cesi (born 1943), daughter of Don Alessandro Torlonia, 5th Prince di Civitella-Cesi and of Spanish Infanta Beatrix of Bourbon (daughter of King Alfonso XIII of Spain). Donna Olimpia is also a sister of Don Marco Torlonia, 6th prince of Civitella-Cesi and a cousin of King Juan Carlos I of Spain as well as the American actress Brooke Shields (a granddaughter of Don Alessandro Torlonia's sister Donna Cristina).

Sibilla has three surviving sisters: Aliki Béatrice, Cosima and Domitilla. A younger sister, Laura, and brother, Paul, died in childhood.

Sibilla Weiller married her distant cousin Prince Guillaume of Luxembourg, Prince of Nassau and Parma, son of Jean, Grand Duke of Luxembourg and Princess Joséphine-Charlotte of Belgium, on 24 September 1994, receiving the title Princess of Luxembourg. Guillaume and Sibilla have four children, who carry the title Prince(ss) of Nassau:

  • HRH Prince Paul Louis Jean Marie Guillaume of Nassau (born 24 March 1998)
  • HRH Prince Léopold Guillaume Marie Joseph of Nassau (born 2 May 2000)
  • HRH Princess Charlotte Wilhelmine Maria da Gloria of Nassau (born 2 May 2000)
  • HRH Prince Jean André Guillaume Marie Gabriel Marc d'Aviano of Nassau (born 15 July 2004)
