The Princess Rooney Handicap is a Thoroughbred horse race run annually at Calder Race Course in Miami Gardens, Florida. Named for the U.S. Hall of Fame filly, Princess Rooney, the race is for fillies and mares three-years-old or older. Run at a distance of six furlongs makes it a premiere race for sprinting fillies.

In 2006, it was a first time Grade I, offering a purse of $500,000.
