The Princess Alexandra Hospital (PAH), is located on Ipswich Road in Woolloongabba, Australia. It is one of the major hospitals in Brisbane and is a teaching hospital of the University of Queensland. It is a tertiary level teaching hospital with all major medical and surgical specialities onsite except for obstetrics, gynaecology and paediatrics. A new building was opened in 2000 to replace the aging red-brick PA Hospital complex built in the 1950s.

Queensland's spinal injuries unit and the organ transplantation service are based at the hospital.

The P.A. Foundation is located at the Princess Alexandra Hospital. The foundation raises money for medical research on the P.A hospital campus.

Princess Alexandra Hospital is also the name of an NHS Trust in Harlow Essex, which is still active, and an RAF Hospital based in Wroughton, Swindon, Wiltshire that closed in the late 90s.
