Prince of Wales College is a School in Sri Lanka. It is situated in Moratuwa, a suburb of Colombo. Prince of Wales' College ("the School") was founded in 1876 by Sir Charles Henry de Soysa (along with Princess of Wales College, Moratuwa) who was a famous 19th Century Sri Lankan philanthropist. At present (2008) over 4000 students (boys) are studying in the School from grade 1 to 13 including all main streams of secondary studies which include commerce, biology, mathematics, and arts.
