Prince William School

Prince William School is a comprehensive school in Oundle, Northamptonshire. The school was built in 1971 and currently holds 1145 pupils. The headteacher is Malcolm England. Himesh Patel, who stars in the British soap opera EastEnders, attends this school.[citation needed] The school holds dual specialist status as a Language College and Vocational College.

Prince William School itself is broken into different specialised blocks such as:-

The Sutton Maths Department is located at the back of the school, near the soccer courts, the Drama studio and the Science Block.

The Science Department lies near the centre of the school, leading directly from the Courtyard or the Maths block. It, obviously, is a department devoted to the scientific studies.

The Drama Studio is located behind gates that lead out towards the Science mobiles (S12-S14). It is a dedicated room for the theatrical arts.

The Humanities Department is located in the rear of the campus. It is home to seven classrooms, in these rooms, Religious Education, History and Geography are taught.

The Design Department is located nearby the Humanities block, as well as the Gym changing rooms. It is home to several different subjects related to design, which include, but are not limited to, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Textiles and Resistant Materials.

The English Department is located at the very front of the school, visible immediately after entering the campus, to the left. .

The Languages Department is located on the floor above the English Department. It contains rooms L1 to L7 and a range of languages is taught here.
