Primus' seventh studio album (as of July 2005) is rumored to be in the works.[1][2] The album's title and release date have not yet been revealed, nor is it known if a title and release date have even been decided on. It was rumored on Primus' forums that Bob Cock had said in an email that Primus were planning to return to the studio after a tour to make this album. The forums of Primus are called "The Bull Board."

The upcoming album will be the first Primus album since 2003.
