Outstanding Reality-Competition Program is a Primetime Emmy Award given out during the primetime telecast since 2003.

The Amazing Race has won the award every year it has existed (a total of 5 consecutive years). American Idol has been nominated, and lost, five consecutive times. Survivor had been nominated and lost, four consecutive times (nominated every year except for 2007).
