Primera División Peruana 1995

The 1995 season of the Primera División Peruana, the top category of Peruvian football (soccer), was played by 16 teams. The national champions were Sporting Cristal, who achieved their second consecutive title.
The 1995 season was played with a regular season league tournament on a home-and-away basis. The best eight of the regular season qualified for the post-season tournament known as the Liguilla which was another league tournament to determine which club qualified for the Copa Libertadores 1996 and the Copa CONMEBOL 1996. The winners of the post-season qualified for the Copa Libertadores, along with the runners-up. The third place team qualified for the Copa CONMEBOL. The worst 2 teams were relegated at the end of the regular season and the winners of the Segunda División Peruana and the Copa Peru took their place.

- Guardia Republicana and La Loretana were promoted to the Primera División Peruana 1996.
- Guardia Republicana were the winners of the Segunda División Peruana 1996.
- La Loretana were the winners of the Copa Peru 1996

- Sporting Cristal - first place in Group 5 with 12 points; beat Caracas FC in round of 16; lost to Emelec in quarterfinals.
- Alianza Lima - third place in Group 5 with 5 points; lost to Millonarios in round of 16.
- Copa CONMEBOL 1995
- Ciclista Lima - lost to Cobreloa in round of 16.
