Primary State Highway 6, was a highway in the state of Washington, U.S.A., from 1937 to 1964. PSH 6's route extended from Spokane in the south through Newport in the north, terminating at the Canadian border.
Today, PSH 6 from PSH 3 to the North Division Y (fork) is co-signed as US 2 and US 395. From the Y to Newport is now U.S. Route 2. From Newport to Tiger, it is SR 20. For the rest of the route from Tiger to BC 6 is SR 31.

PSH 6 has 2 branches in the middle part of the highway.
[edit] E-W (East-West)
Branch E-W starts at PSH 6 in Newport and ends at the Idaho state line. In 1926, this became U.S. Route 195 and was dropped in 1969. In 1948, U.S. Route 2 started using the route. It is still using the route.
[edit] N-S (North-South)
Branch N-W linked Idaho State Highway 41 with Branch E-W. It became SR 41 in 1964.
