Primary State Highway 18, was a highway in the state of Washington, U.S.A., from 1937 to 1964. PSH 18's route extended from George in the west, to Ritzville in the east.
In the 1940's US 10 was cosigned with the highway. Later in the 1960's I-90 took the designation and eventually wiped away PSH 18.

PSH 18 had only two unnamed branches.

PSH 18¹ started at PSH 18 in Ritzville and went east to PSH 3 in Steptoe. It was created in 1943 and was never fully completed from PSH 18 to SSH 11C near Ewan. It became the never-finished SR 230 and the completed section became part of SR 23 in 1964.

PSH 18² started at PSH 18¹ in Ewan and went to Primary State Highway 11 in Sprague. It became part of SR 23 in 1964.
