Primary State Highway 15, was a highway in the state of Washington, U.S.A., from 1931 to 1964. PSH 15's route extended from Everett in the west, to Tacoma in the south.
In 1940, PSH 15 was co-signed as US 10 Alt. Later in 1964, US 10 Alt became part of US 2.

PSH 15 had only one branch.
[edit] Bothell-Monroe (BM)
PSH 15 BM started in the Bothell-Woodinville area and went northeast to PSH 15 in Monroe. In 1964, this route became SR 202 and was reposted as SR 522 in 1970.
