Primacy

Primacy is the state or condition of being prime or first, as in time, place, rank, etc., hence, excellency; supremacy. It may otherwise refer to a property of the office, rank, or character of a primate; the chief ecclesiastical station or dignity in a national church; the office or dignity of an archbishop; as, the primacy of England (i.e. Church of England)

[edit] Primacy (Suburb of Bangor, N.I.)
Primacy is an area of Bangor which got its name from a hamlet of the same name. It is close to the junction between the Balloo Road and the Gransha Road. It runs parallel to the Balloo Road. It has numerous houses and two housing developments, the larger of the two being Tudor Green, notable for green-tiled roofs on the houses built by the original developers.
The other development has a large complex called Primacy Food Village. This is a large butchers and farm shop with a coffee and gift shop attached to the main building.
