Pride of Performance

Pride of Performance is a civil award given by the Government of Pakistan to Pakistanis who did any respectable jobs in their fields. It is awarded for distinguished merit in the fields of literature, arts, sports, medicine, or science for civilians. Once a year it is announced on the Independence Day and given on Pakistan Day to the people of Pakistan by the President of Pakistan. This award does not have any particular standing in Pakistani civil decorations hierarchy, but is regarded as one of the highest honours in Pakistan.
