Pride Tiger is a Canadian rock band, based in Vancouver, British Columbia. Consisting of vocalist and drummer Matt Wood, guitarists Bob Froese and Sunny Dhak and bassist Mike Payette, the band released its debut EP in 2006. They subsequently signed with EMI Music Canada, which released their full-length debut in June of 2007.

The name "Pride Tiger" comes from a mix of "ride the tiger" (a quote from the Dio song, "Holy Divers") and "Pride Pops" (a drink similar to apple cider).

The band's single "White Witch Woman Blues" has been playlisted on CBC Radio 3 and other Canadian radio stations. Their subsequent single "Let 'Em Go" reached #1 on Radio 3's R3-30 charts the week of September 10, 2007. It has also been noted, by many fans and other musicians, including Alice Cooper, that Pride Tiger bears a resemblance to the classic rock band Thin Lizzy.

Dhak, Froese and Wood are all former members of 3 Inches of Blood. Payette is a former member of S.T.R.E.E.T.S.
