PRIDE Shockwave 2003 (Otomatsuri in Japanese) was a mixed martial arts event held by the PRIDE Fighting Championships. Gary Goodridge announced he would retire from PRIDE. It took place at the Saitama Super Arena in Saitama, Japan on December 31, 2003.
