Hi Angela, thanks for moving KX-T2365E to Wikibooks. I've moved it from your user page to the transwiki namespace. If ever you are moving a page from here to another Wikimedia project and you're not sure whether it should really be an article or you don't know how to format it, just put it in the transwiki namespace so that those who know about the project can deal with it and move it to the main namespace. If you go to transwiki at any of the sister projects, you should be redirected to a page where you can log the move. For example, at Wikibooks you are redirected to Wikibooks:Transwiki_log. There is more information at m:transwiki. If you have any more questions about it let me know as the scheme is fairly new so the instructions might not make a lot of sense yet. Hello PMC, thank you for standing up in regard to my original rendering of Cronus for that entry. I eventually found the original image I based it on and showed it to some of those people who were complaining that I made up the idea of Cronus appearing that way. Unfortunately, the discussion continued to escalate until certain individuals were deliberately insulting my illustrations, which have all been removed save the one on my identity page (and I'll be that hasn't got long). After that it got into name calling, but things have cooled down since then. Point is, I appreciated your kindness. Thanks.---Lizard_King (Jan 19, 2004)
Hello PMC, as you seemed to like one of my images, you now have the ability to vote on whether or not an entry keeps my image. Please visit Talk:Yeti for more information.--Lizard_King (Jan 19,2004)
And again hello PMC. I am sorry that you felt it necessary to vote against my rendering of the Yeti image. I think you have the wrong impression of me, and are not being entirely fair. Many of these people who are against my illustrations have been extremely rude to me and, for the most part, I have not responded in kind. But, I am human and from time to time I will snap at someone. You shouldn't hold one person to a standard and another to a different standard. If you just look at the onslaught of flames that have been rallied against me you might begin to see that I am not all that bad after all.Lizard King (11pm 1-20-04)
Thank you for responding. Though, I am a little confused. I thought you had made the statement in a forum that you would not support anything I did because of the prank I played on Tuf-Kat (making it look like he was hot for sasquatch). Tuf-Kat and I already exchanged apologies, me for my innaproriate action, and he for his insult to my artwork and contributions to various entries. The problem I have been having with UTHERSRG is not the same story. You have to realize that many of these characters I am having difficulty with take every little mistake I make and blow it way out of proportion and telecast it. Then when they do unethical things (so numerous that you can't keep track) it goes unnoticed because I only honestly don't care enough about them to try to prove that they are doing something. [edit] Poll notification
Jack (now known as Sam Spade) created a poll at Talk:Atheism/Godvrs.god poll on the capital G issue in atheism, so I figured I should drop a note about it to all the major participants in the editing on that article since Jan 11. I just went through the edit history clicking names that looked prominent, so if you aren't interested in the issue feel free to ignore it. Bryan 05:31, 12 Feb 2004 (UTC)
[edit] Hinduism
Hi, Sam Spade replaced Parabrahma with Brahma in the List of deities article. As I don't know that much about hinduism, I'm not sure who is right? -- till we *) 11:52, 15 May 2004 (UTC)
[edit] Voudun vs. Voodoo
I noticed you changed Voodoo to Voudun in the List of religions page. The Voudun page was recently renamed as Voodoo because somebody suggested it is more commonly used, even though personally I've always considered Voudun or Vodun to be the correct pronunciation. Maybe you could convice everyone to change the name back to Voudun. COGDEN 02:22, 17 May 2004 (UTC)
[edit] Acara on List of Neopets
Just a couple of questions:
1- Can you point me to another source that suggests an aquatic background for Acaras? (I've been trying to avoid speculation unless there is a source.)
2-I'm probably going to remove the paragraph on colors. Unless we are going to add such a paragraph for every species (which would be enormously redundant), there's not much point. Would that be a problem? --Aranel ("Sarah") 13:58, 5 Sep 2004 (UTC)
In answer to your answer: 1-Okay, that's cool, I'll go with you on the Acara, I just forgot that, I think.
2-What if instead of listing the different colors, we just include a ink to Neocolours at the bottom or top of the page? Then, we could list highlights (like the fact that the pink Lenny is a flamingo and the spotted Kau looks like a real black-and-white cow) in the article, withou going into great detail. I really think a link to Neocolours would be more effective and appropriate than spelling out which pet can be turned Faerie and which can be turned Mutant. --Aranel ("Sarah") 20:31, 5 Sep 2004 (UTC)
(In answer to your answer to my answer to your...yeah, you know what I mean.) Yay! We have reached the magical realm of consensus! I would, however, avoid listing the actual number of colors, as this changes regularly. (Unless you really want to be editing the article several times a week...) --Aranel ("Sarah") 23:28, 5 Sep 2004 (UTC)
[edit] Historical abbots
Hi Premeditated Chaos,
is there a specific reason why you redirect all (two) of my abbots to a page historical abbots? There are a lot more than these, also partially linked to by my articles, e.g. Boniface and Willibrord. Integrating their full texts on a single page would become quite a mess. I suggest you make a List of historical abbots containing links to the respective articles or a Category instead. I am going to revert your changes if you don't mind.
Best regards, Ravn 09:49, 2 Nov 2004 (UTC)
- I see. And melikes your argument a lot better than the last one. So if you feel like nipping some more churchcruft in the bud, go ahead. I know now why you're doing it. Ravn 10:22, 3 Nov 2004 (UTC)
[edit] Thanks!
Hi, I just wanted to say thanks for all your help with dealing with Ciz on Talk:Zoophilia. It's very appreciated indeed. ^_^ -- Schnee 01:21, 4 Nov 2004 (UTC)
[edit] Cheshire cat
Okay, it was POV, but I disagree that the disney abomination is the one most people know, fwiw. --Tagishsimon (talk)
- It would be handy if we could fine a slightly larger version of the Tenniel image ... and I think the placement on the left is not good. It looks terrible in 1600.1200. --Tagishsimon (talk)
- Try that. Oh, and I'm taking a guess that the Disney thing was 1951... --Tagishsimon (talk)
- Your call on the full bodied third image. As for placement, I assure you it did suck quite badly as it was - it threw the section heading out to the right. I'd vote in favour of presenting the three images in date order, and keeping the width of the two largest images equal. But it's all yours now. Probably ;) --Tagishsimon (talk)
- That, as you young people say, is wicked! Any possibility we could include the date (2000) in the caption for completeness? Tenniel, of course, would spin so much that we could harness him to produce electricity. (Actually, I think he'd quite like it; it is a v.good image, beats disney into a cocked hat.) --Tagishsimon (talk)

[edit] The Humungous Image Tagging Project
Hi. You've helped with the Wikipedia:WikiProject Wiki Syntax, so I thought it worth alerting you to the latest and greatest of Wikipedia fixing project, User:Yann/Untagged Images, which is seeking to put copyright tags on all of the untagged images. There are probably, oh, thirty thousand or so to do (he said, reaching into the air for a large figure). But hey: they're images ... you'll get to see lots of random pretty pictures. That must be better than looking for at at and the the, non? You know you'll love it. best wishes --Tagishsimon (talk)
- You're young and Canadian. I'm old & English. We both have our handicaps :) I recall (now that I've reread your talk page) that we spoke about the Cheshire Cat some weeks ago. Since I'm slightly unsure of the full story, this will be an incomplete explanation, but I'm rather expecting my partner will in the next day or so paint a fairly large rendition of your funky contemporary Cheshire Cat on a 4 by 3 foor piece of wood. Umm. Because someone asked her to. Something to do with a party being held in the wilds of Northumberland. Your guess is as good as mine at this point. There you go. --Tagishsimon (talk)

You're being rude.
- Yes, I quite agree. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable Pre! *giggles* --fvw* 02:31, 2004 Dec 15 (UTC)
- You're right. I am a terrible person. I admit it. Yep. Absolutely unacceptable in a civilized (hah! =P) Wiki community. But I didn't say I would apologize, did I now? PMC 02:44, 15 Dec 2004 (UTC)

- Mmm, I know, I know. I'm just not to keen on being an too active participant in any online communities. It's not the insulting and abusive people though, I don't really mind them. Hey, I used to troll myself so chances are I'll enjoy a good insult and take the opportunity to verbally flay 'em alive! Otherwise I'm pretty much outspoken and I'll openly disagree with anyone, including myself at times. It's just a long story, but if I don't get too involved there's little chance of me stepping on someone's long toes! :D :: DarkLordSeth 02:50, 16 Dec 2004 (UTC)
