[edit] Democratic Government

What is "democratic government" supposed to mean? You mean to say the Democratic People's Republic of Korea is not really "democratic"? Or that the US isnt either because there's an Electoral College? I don't see the point of separating directly elected (notice I didnt call them democratically elected) presidents from the others. The use of the word requires a value judgement that is not NPOV.--Jiang (talk) 09:11, 6 December 2007 (UTC)
