I reverted to remove the added text: "The PFMEA is the toll quality for this" from the line in the article addressing candidates for preventive action.
While PFMEA is a great source of recommendations for preventive actions, the sentence didn't seem to make sense. I looked for other uses of the phrase "toll quality" but was unable to find any.
Assuming that the idea behind the edit was informative, additional explanation would be useful to explain what's meant by PFMEA being the "toll quality" for preventive action candidates or the suggestions from customers or participants.
