This article seems to be concerned with a single event, rather than a general class of Shinto practice. That may be reasonable, depending on the importance of the event, but the article should probably be moved.

Also, the English needs to be cleaned up; I suspect that the contributor is not a native speaker. A few of the internal links would also be better redirected to the Japan-specific versions (e.g., Imperial Family).
