Talk:Preliminary Design of an Experimental World-Circling Spaceship

[edit] "ramaphercussions"

Could someone explain what is meant here by the word "ramaphercussions". Is this a typo? There was at one point a working link to an article by that name, but that article seems to have been deleted.

I have heard of ramaphercussions - it is a new buzz word in the business world meaning ramifications and repercussions - Similar to all the suits walking around talking about convergence, silos and saying absolutely. - Jenn
Is this quote bogus then? It is listed as a quote from a 1946 document. Can't find text of the document on the web to verify that this is a real quote. Could some find a hardcopy & verify, perhaps incorporating the verification of the quote as a expansion of this article? I can find a page to buy a copy[1] of it from RAND, but do not have the funds to do that myself, and my local library doesn't seem to have a copy either.
