It's a bit superfluous to have "Pregnancy Discrimination Act" redirect to "Pregnancy discrimination". The articles should be split in effort to bring less attention to the non-worldwide POV, since an article on the United States' PDA would obviously focus only in the United States. -myrmidon (talk) 04:40, 30 January 2008 (UTC)
