From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Pretty in Pink is a 1986 novel based on an early screenplay for the classic 1986 John Hughes film Pretty in Pink, starring Molly Ringwald, Jon Cryer and Andrew McCarthy. It was written by H.B. Gilmour and Randi Reisfield.

The book is best for extreme fans of the movie, and those who are not happy with the movie's ending. The book was written before the last scene was changed, so it has the original ending, in which Andie pick Duckie over Blane.
