"Pretty Fly for a Rabbi" is a song by "Weird Al" Yankovic that uses many Jewish words like Bar Mitzvah and Chanukah. It is a parody of "Pretty Fly (For a White Guy)" by The Offspring, and it was released from the 1999 album Running with Scissors. It was also released exclusively in Australia as a single. It is about a new Jewish Rabbi that the Jewish people think is really "kosher". The song talks about how different he is; he does his own accounting and works like a dog in the Synagogue.

[edit] Music video
A "music video" for the song was assembled but has not been seen outside of Australia. Al stated that his Australian record company decided to release "Pretty Fly for a Rabbi" as a single and they insisted on releasing a video to go along with it. Al decided against the idea, but he told them that they could make one themselves by cutting together bits from "Weird Al" Yankovic Live!." They later did just that.
