Preston is a railway station in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, located in the suburb of Preston, on the Epping railway line. It is in Metcard Zones 1+2 overlap
Preston is classed as a Premium Station.

The station is located at the southern end of the Murray Road level crossing and the northern end of the Cramer Street level crossing. Perston Market, High Street and other Shops are located just east of the station.

The station consists of side two platforms. Platform 1 contains a large brick building with an enclosed waiting room and a ticket office inside while platform 2 contains a small brick building. A large Metcard machine is located at the entrance to platform 1, which is able to dispense most ticketing options available and also accept notes, coins and debit cards. A small Metcard machine is located at the entrance to platform 2.
Both platforms can be accessed via Murray Road and Cramer Street. Both platforms have medium-sized carparks which are mainly used by commuters (due to a lack of adequate parking facilities in the city centre).

Preston station opened on Tuesday, 8 October 1889 as Preston - Murray Road, Murray. It was later renamed to Preston in 1905.
