• Russia, Prime Minister of Russia, Literally Chairman of the Government
• Philippines, Prime Minister of the Philippines (defunct)
• Serbia, Prime Minister of Serbia
• Slovenia, Prime Minister of Slovenia
• Vatican City, President of the Governorate of Vatican City State
