The Premio Guido Berardelli is a Group 3 flat horse race in Italy for two-year-old thoroughbreds. It is run over a distance of 1,800 metres (approximately 1 mile 1 furlong) at Capannelle Racecourse in October.

It was downgraded to Group 3 status in 2002 having earlier been classed as a Group 2 race. Prior to 2001 the race took place in November, and before 1995 it was run over a distance of 2,000 metres (1 mile 2 furlongs).

Formerly known as the Premio Tevere, the race has been contested by such horses as Bolkonski (1974 winner), Tony Bin (1985 third) and Falbrav (2000 second).
