Predazzo /pre'da:tʦo/ is a comune (municipality) in the province of Trento in the Italian region Trentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol, located about 45 km northeast of Trento. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 4,391 and an area of 109.9 km².[1]

The municipality of Predazzo contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Bellamonte, Mezzavalle and Paneveggio.

Predazzo borders the following municipalities: Welschnofen, Deutschnofen, Moena, Tesero, Panchià, Ziano di Fiemme, Siror, Canal San Bovo and Tonadico.
