[edit] Fair use rationale for use in Abercrombie & Fitch
- The image features the Company's first ever e-commerce web format.
- This format was used by the company since the launch of its address.
- The format remained the company's main look until Winter 2006, when it was altered to the more simple format as now featured at abercrombie.com.
- The image is rare. It was found back in 2006 on a website in which analysed the format as being confusing for visitors (the web address also featured a web image of the "abercrombie" brand.
- Finally, the image is in low resolution.
