Yesterday I saw a movie at "Sathyam" cinema hall which is situated in Chennai downtown- This movie hall is supposed to be the most happening halls as there is a total mismatch between demand and supply of multiplexes in Chennai. Because of this "Sathyam" has become the most cool place for Chennai-ites as most of them have no other extracurricular activities other than going to a movie or a beach on a weekend. So its kindoff bugging to go for a movie on a weekend as the probablity of getting tickets is less than 50%. My cousin had come from Mumbai and we went for "Ghajini" which was a good Surya moview for the first half; the second half was more of a pain than the first but overall it was a good entertainer.

Today morning I started to work at 9 AM as some of the EF guys have come in notably Daniel Wallmark and Magnus Koch. It was refreshing to host both of them and I showed them around the office- Whenever I show the office to visitors I feel better about the office!!

The afternoon session comprised of hardcore process discussion with Mukund, Kalpana, Elen, Kasturi and Vivian. It was heavily confrontational as I had a different view point from Mukund(as always). My perspective is simple- Any process implementation has got 5 steps: 1) Communication of the goal/vision to the middle management 2) Creation of artifacts
