Prattville High School, formerly Autauga County High School, is a high school in Prattville, Alabama and forms part of the Autauga County School System. As of 2007 it has an enrollment of 2063 students, a faculty of 103 teachers in grades 9-12.

The Autauga County Technology Center shares the same campus.

The Prattville Lions football team has dominated its area opponents over the last several years. They have won their last 56 regular season games, their last loss coming to Central Tuscaloosa High School in September,2002. The team won the Alabama High School Athletic Association Class 6A State Championship on December 9, 2006, by defeating Hoover High School (of MTV Two-A-Days fame) and finishing a perfect 15-0 season. In 2007 the Lions reached the AHSAA 6A State Championship for the second straight year playing Hoover High School's archrival Spain Park High School on December 8, 2007. They won 14-0 over Spain Park to win its second straight 6A State football title & finishing the season 15-0. They also are on a 30 game winning streak with their last loss coming November 18, 2005 which they lost to Opelika High School in the 6A AHSAA Quarterfinals. The Lions finished the season 2007 ranked #2 in the nation by USA Today behind #1 Miami Northwestern Senior High School of Miami, Florida.

In late February, head football coach Bill Clark left The Lions to take a coaching job at the University of South Alabama. On March 27, 2008, Jamey Dubose was named new head coach of the Prattville Lions.
