Prasads IMAX

Prasads IMAX is South India's first IMAX, world's largest 3D-IMAX and India's 3rd IMAX theatre, located in the city of Hyderabad.[1] It also consists of a multiplex and a shopping mall featuring Scary House, Pizza Corner, Cookieman, Fresh Juices, Chocolate Hut, Mirror Maze etc. It is located beside the NTR Gardens on Hussain Sagar Road. It has 5 regular movie screens and a IMAX screen. Prasads is the only theatre in the whole of Andhra Pradesh to have the IMAX screen technology. The Complex is made of glass on one end, in the shape of curve. In addition to movie theatres, the complex features food, entertainment and shopping. It is very popular among the youth.
Prasads IMAX achieved no. 1 status in the world audience for the movies: Harry Potter 3, Spider-man 2 and Spider-man 3 and also achieved no. 1 status in box-office for Spider-man 3 in the IMAX format internationally.[2]
