Hi. I am an adminostrator of wikipedia. I deleted the article on David S. Bowen based on the discussion at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/David S. Bowen which indicated that he failed to meet the notability requirements for musicians set out on the page WP:MUSIC. I would be happy to send you a copy of the article to work on or use somewhere else, but until there are [WP:RS|reliable sources]] indicating his notability he can't have an article on Wikipedia.
