[edit] Powell Library Tasering Incident

Powell is unique in its exceptional salience due to the tasering incident. While mention need not be made on the main page, I think a brief reference on the discussion page is not without merit. Thoughts? Is the page concerned with Powell Library, as structure, or as institution?
