As of July 2007 30,4% shares were owned by Interros structures, 25% + 1 share to Siemens same as RAO UES, 19,5% to others. Interros shares were given to RAO UES in 2008. In 2007-2008 some changes in an ownership of the company are scheduled cause of RAO UES restructuring. In September 2007 Interros sold it's shares to Highstat Ltd., owned by Alexey Mordashov. On December 17, 2007 a emergent shareholders meeting took place, voted for a new Board of Directors and revisional commission of 7 members.
