Power Lode Runner (POWER ロードランナー ?) is a variation of Lode Runner for the Super Famicom released only in Japan on January 1, 1999. It was published by Nintendo and developed by T&E Soft. The player controls Muguru-kun, a blue dog-like runner wearing pilot spectacles, as he collects gold and avoids monkey guards to complete each level.
