[edit] Protected

I've had the Ananda Perera protected. If you would like to create a good Wikipedia article on that topic, I would suggest reading up on Wikipedia policies and guidelines. I would be happy to help build this article; so if you like, just leave a note on the article's talk page or on my own talk page. I would strongly recommend that you review WP:3RR. – Dreadstar 16:02, 27 July 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Message

Hi Arthur, thanks for your most kind message, and for letting me know how much Big Frank means to you and your community. I would definitely like to help create a nice article on him. I guess we should get a few basics about Wikipedia to you, so we can communicate effecively.

First, leave messages on user's discussion pages, also known as "User talk" pages. This page you're reading is your user talk page. My user talk page is User talk:Dreadstar. Generally, one leaves a new messsage at the bottom of the page. Always be sure to sign your posts on talk pages with four tildies: ~~~~ this will convert into your username and time when you save or preview the page.

Why don't you start here: Wikipedia:Introduction Read through that and the associated links, that should help you get a better understanding of the Wikipedia basics.

In order to create an article, we need reliable sources. If you can provide links to internet sites that contain information on Big Frank that you'd like to see in article, I can review them and tell you if the content can be included. Just post them here on your talk page, I have it listed on my 'watch list' and will see that you've made a post here.

I've also added a welcome message to the top of this page, it has many handy links that can help you learn more about editing on Wikipedia.

I look forward to helping create a great article for you and your community on Big Frank! – Dreadstar 07:18, 28 July 2007 (UTC)
