Pot cheese

Pot cheese is a soft, white, unaged cheese, similar to cream cheese, ricotta, and the Mexican queso blanco.
In the United States, pot cheese is synonymous with farmer cheese or cottage cheese.
In Austria, Topfen (pot cheese) is used as a name instead of Quark.
