Thank you to the person who figured out that user name arkaiser is probably Anne Kaiser. The campaign photo is mine and can be used in any format I wish it to be used. Of course, a staffer took the picture of me -- and then I used that picture on all of my campaign literature and sent it to the local papers for their voter guides. I believe it's one of the best pictures of me, so why wouldn't I want it on my Wikipedia page. The question of using unfree images is shocking to me.
