- Fair use can probably be claimed. Stifle (talk) 14:08, 17 May 2008 (UTC)
It does not match the image. This is way more bigger and high res then the website image, he probably did make it. (Icedog (talk) 22:08, 17 May 2008 (UTC))
- Kept, looks like it to me too. Gwen Gale (talk) 23:47, 30 May 2008 (UTC)
- It doesn't matter who made it, Canadian Business College retains copyright of any derivative works made of its coat of arms. I changed the license to {{non-free logo}} and added a use rationale. C'mon, people! Kelly hi! 00:02, 31 May 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Image:Jeremiah Wright Dec 1961 Boot Camp Graduation.jpg
Portraits of US Military Personnel, not officially released by the military, are not automatically public domain. The photographer is not stated to be a Marine Corps / US Government employee by the source and only states that the image was provided by Jeremiah Wright not that it is public domain. Boot camp photographs are purchased by the photographed person, or their family, and that person owns the image and its copyright, not the US Government. — Dual Freq (talk) 02:22, 7 May 2008 (UTC).
- Additionally, these photos are frequently taken by private contractors (the same sort of firms that do kids' school pictures) and the graduates purchase the photos directly from them, and the photographers retain copyright. Unless a source can be shown that this is a government photo, it should be considered copyrighted. Kelly hi! 14:04, 22 May 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Image:Logo10.jpg
Is a non-free logo of an institution,it matches the one on the website, and is licensed inappropriately. — Amog |Talk 14:11, 7 May 2008 (UTC)
- Please reconsider as a fair use rationale has been provided. Rohit Reddy™ (talk) 05:22, 23 May 2008 (UTC)

No evidence the uploader took this image, small size and lack of Metadata is very suspicious. Polly (Parrot) 22:35, 7 May 2008 (UTC)

Looks like a promotional image. No proof that uploader is copyright holder. Ten Pound Hammer and his otters • (Broken clamshells•Otter chirps) 22:39, 7 May 2008 (UTC)
