I uploaded the image to Wiki after consulting with the photographer. This excerpt is from an Email correspondence with Andy in March of 2006: "Hi Mr.Kevin Porter, it is a pleasure for me if you take my photo for your article at Wikipedia. If you have inserted the picture just give me a short message. Wishes Andy Graf" If this does not meet Wiki's polices, I now have a photo of my own that can be uploaded as a direct replacement. Uploader claims that this picture, and all the other pictures in question, which are part of a private collection, were released with permission by the owner. However, given the age of the photos, if the pictures were produced before 1958, these pictures are considered PD under Philippine copyright law. --Sky Harbor 22:34, 2 June 2008 (UTC)

Comment about the Philippine law - original caption says it was taken in the 1950s at Oakland, presumably Oakland USA as edcoates moved to the United States from Australia in the late 1950s. Image is not mentioned in article and appears to be for decoration only and does not appear to make a significant contribution as in the boilerplate rationale.
