Both this and the previous entry are sourced to flickr, where they are listed as CC-BY (a free license). However, the flickr user's page here is full of promotional photos with that license; basically, there's no reason to believe the flickr user actually owns the copyrights to these images and can release them under the CC-BY license. Source is given as "photosession with Kai Z Feng", but the uploader does not seem to claim to be assosated with the subject or photographer in any way so why he is in a position to release the image under the indicated license is far from clear. Sherool (talk) 16:00, 2 March 2008 (UTC)
