Comment actually, there is very strong evidence that the license is incorrect! I realize the creative commons licensing does not allow images to be used for commercial purposes, but the article is not an advertisement for the theatre, but rather an informative article that is simply enhanced by the photo. in my opinion, the image does not , in any way serve the business of the palm theatre.
