[edit] Image:RandiBooks.jpg

Image is author marked "www.randi.org". It is a photograph of seven copyrighted book covers, so even if it is a user-authored image, it is a derivative of several copyrighted works. B (talk) 02:01, 14 January 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Image:Tamahome1.jpg

No fair use rationale given. Barry m (talk) 06:59, 14 January 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Image:Tamahome2.jpg

No fair use rationale given. Barry m (talk) 07:01, 14 January 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Image:Tamahome3.jpg

No fair use rationale given. Lower resolution than Tamahome1.jpg, so is therefore more acceptable, but a detailed fair use rationale is still required. Barry m (talk) 07:02, 14 January 2008 (UTC)

Available in much larger resolution here since December 27, 2006. Also see uploader's talk page... Lupo 10:42, 14 January 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Image:Tony_burke.JPG

dubious claim of authorship, a copy of this image appears on Burke's official website[1] ˉˉanetode╦╩ 11:00, 14 January 2008 (UTC)

You've got to be kidding me. In these situations, the images are speedy deleted. It's obvious this is a blatent copyvio. This should not even be up for discussion. Timeshift (talk) 01:58, 15 January 2008 (UTC)
Yes it should. Burke's campaign website features a thumbnail-resolution version of this photo, whereas the uploaded image is a 6 megapixel jpeg likely taken directly from the digicam and attributed to the uploader's "own records". It is entirely possible that someone involved with Burke's campaign uploaded this image in good faith under a public domain release. While it is unlikely that the absentee uploader will turn up to comment on this deletion, the image does not satisfy the I9 criterion for speedy deletion. ˉˉanetode╦╩ 13:52, 17 January 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Image:Donetsk_panorama.jpg

Possible copyvio. The author of this photo is Sergey Romasko (Сергей Ромашко) http://foto.dn.ua/onephoto05.php?phd=846 and there is no indication that he agreed to license this under the GFDL. ˉˉanetode╦╩ 14:01, 14 January 2008 (UTC)

Image is listed as "All rights reserved" on the Flickr page. Rappingwonders2 (talk) 17:13, 14 January 2008 (UTC)

It should be closed, cause I got a message for the permission on PM. --Flesh-n-Bone 19:12, 14 January 2008 (UTC)
Can you show that permission, please? Rappingwonders2 (talk) 19:16, 14 January 2008 (UTC)
I don't know how to, please remove it after all, because I'm no expert in such... --Flesh-n-Bone 19:18, 14 January 2008 (UTC)
Basically, if you got the permission in an E-mail, take a screenshot of that part of the E-mail and show it to us. Rappingwonders2 (talk) 19:27, 14 January 2008 (UTC)
Fuck it, I've removed all my Mails. Just remove the image, I don't care for it. --Flesh-n-Bone 21:00, 14 January 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Image:Wtflol.JPG

Once claimed self-made but seems questionable. Jusjih (talk) 19:49, 14 January 2008 (UTC)

Wow, I know a girl who looks *exactly* like her. Anyway, failing any proof of copyvio, it could probably go straight to WP:IFD as being orphaned and unencyclopedic. • Anakin (contribscomplaints) 17:03, 18 January 2008 (UTC)
